Ⅰ. Features of fence semi trailer products\n\nFence semi trailer is a semi trailer designed with a fence structure for the cargo part. It is mainly used for the transportation of agricultural and sideline products and other light goods.\n\n1. Combined with the goods category of users, the reasonably designed vehicle type and fence structure can fully reduce the weight of the carriage under the condition of load. Simple and applicable structure and the convenient disassembly can reduce the investment cost and create more profit value for users.\n\n2. Frame: a space frame structure composed of longitudinal beam and integral through beam. It can balance the strength, rigidity and toughness of the frame, with strong bearing capacity and no deformation.\n\n3. The frames of the fence semi trailers are all beam through structures. The longitudinal beam is of straight type or gooseneck type, with a web height from 400 to 500, and the longitudinal beam is welded by automatic submerged arc. 4. 悬挂系统:该栏板半挂车采用新型悬挂系统,具有高强度、强抗冲击性的特点。各车桥负载均衡,系统拉杆角度设计合理,减少了地面摩擦滑移距离,从而有效降低轮胎磨损。同时,拉杆与轴距可调,能有效避免轮胎偏磨和啃胎现象。
Ⅱ. 厢式半挂车产品特点
厢式半挂车适用于家用电器、纺织制品、煤炭、砂石等建材类货物以及图板类货物的运输。
1. 厢式运输半挂车承载能力强,安全系数高,设计合理,坚固耐用,制造工艺先进。
2. 厢式半挂车车架采用贯穿梁结构。 其纵梁采用直梁型或鹅颈型,腹高从 400 至 550 之间,采用自动埋弧焊。框架进行喷砂,十字梁贯穿纵梁并整体焊接。
3. 货厢结构:车体由高强冷轧波纹钢板制成,无骨架结构。具有多种选型,大载荷空间、合理分布和车身内的 X 型支撑,具有多拉、重载、轻量化等特点。车顶有多种类型,包括封闭型、推拉开启型、开启型等,操作简便,能够满足用户的多元化和个性化需求。
4. 由连排板簧与悬挂支座组成,结构合理,刚性强,耐久性好,适合承载与减震。
