Overview of 轴

Advanced integrated one-piece design axle is made of seamless steel tube with special heat treatment made by low carbon alloy steel 20Mn2.

The critical part spindle is processed by sophisticated workmanship including hardening, tempering, quenching which ensure high quality and good performance.
Multiple designs on brake system available with brake drum and disc brake;
High performance non-asbestos brake linings of good quality and service life
Improved seals at camshafts for better and safer grease lubricant
Axle beam is available with round 127mm diameter, round 146mm and square 150mm type
Track length and camshaft length could be customized
Optional for automatic slack adjuster and ABS system
